Dan Amoah
Executive Director
Mr. Dan Amoah’s career from 1987 to 2005 was spent working for the Ministry of Energy, Ghana; pulling rank as the Acting Director of Petroleum and Head Petroleum Downstream in 2001. His directorship was responsible for petroleum product pricing, planning and research from October 2005 to January 2013 at the National Petroleum Authority (NPA). He sits on the Boards of Chase Petroleum, Tema Tank Farm, Adinkra Supply Company, Adinkra Storage Company and United Storage Company Limited. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Petrochemical Engineering with specialty in the processing of oil and gas, from the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas; an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK; and a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from the Nobel International Business School (NIBS) awarded by the Swiss Business School.
Yaw Koduah-Sarpong
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Director
Mr. Yaw Koduah-Sarpong is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SA Energy Company Ltd., and Founder of NYKS Group Ltd. He has a background in Accounting, Finance and Taxation, with over 17 years in the Oil and Gas sector. He also serves as Chairman of Paradise Havens Estate Ltd and Unicorn Petroleum Ltd and a Director at Ladybird Logistics Ltd. He is also a founding member and Director of the Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors (CBOD) and Legacy Bonds Ltd. Yaw is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Before his work in the Oil and Gas sector, Yaw was a Tax and Legal Consultant at Ernst & Young Ghana.
Eric Kumah
Director
Mr. Eric Kumah is a versatile and performance-driven qualified accountant, who enjoys challenges and thrives on responsibilities. A highly experienced accountant with extensive knowledge and skills in accounting, corporate finance, management, financial reporting, audit and assurance and risk management. Mr. Kumah has over twelve years post qualification experience, pro-active and results oriented with broad experience in financial and due diligence reviews in West Africa and the UK. He trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers & Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants and has worked with Cardinal/ Eco-Sage Petroleum Limited, CH Group and Subsidiaries incl. Blackwell Realty Limited, Chase Petroleum Limited, Chase Logistics, Tema Tank Farm Limited and Goldkey Properties Limited, with the proven ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under extreme pressure while meeting tight deadlines and ability to ensure work is carried out with quality standards.

Yaw Adusei-Asomaning Obiri-Yeboah
Chief Operations Officer (COO)/Head Of Business
Yaw is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years’ experience in bulk oil distribution in the petroleum downstream sector in Ghana. He holds extensive knowledge in Finance, Financial Reporting, Treasury management, Oil Trading, Operational and Management Controls, and Corporate governance.
Kwabena Boamah
Chief Finance Officer
Kwabena Boamah is the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) SA Energy Limited, and doubles as the CFO of Unicorn Petroleum Limited, an affiliated oil marketing company. Kwabena is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts, Ghana (ICAG). He holds a postgraduate degree in Law and Finance (MSc) from the Queen Mary University of London and a BSc Administration (Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana. Kwabena has extensive knowledge in auditing and control systems, taxation, corporate finance, cash flow management, corporate financial reporting, international commercial law and investment management based on his over 10 years’ working experience in finance and accounting with a professional firm and in industry. Kwabena joined SA from the Tema Fuel Company where he served as the Financial Accountant. Prior to this, he worked in the assurance and tax lines of service with professional accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he rose to the level of Senior Associate.
Robert Adu
Head of Trade & Commerce
Robert is an alumnus of Bryant University (Rhode Island – USA), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a double minor in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. He previously worked with Ghana International Bank Plc, UK as a junior analyst before working with Cal Asset Management, Ghana as a Business Development Analyst. He joined SA Energy in October of 2020 and is also the Head of Trade & Commerce at Unicorn Petroleum Limited. Robert has in-depth knowledge in Oil Trade Finance, Researching and Analyzing Financial Markets, and Oil Trade Policy and Law. His other business interests include Finance, Manufacturing and Real Estate Development.
Kwabena Ohene Boateng
Head of Operations
Kwabena has a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Legon-Accra (2019), and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Valley View University, Oyibi-Accra (2014). He holds crucial knowledge in Financial Accounting, Corporate Reporting Strategies, Taxation, Audit procedures and Strategic Operational Management. Kwabena worked in retail operations for an OMC as Operations officer for four (4) years. He was part of the team responsible for the management of station inventory, credit control, pricing, and compliance with all regulatory bodies. He has also worked with the Saltpond Offshore Producing Company Limited (SOPCL) in the accounts department.
Akwasi Boakye Yiadom
Head of Marketing
Akwasi holds an EMBA in Marketing from University of Ghana Business School, Legon. He earlier obtained a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing Option) from Valley View University, Oyibi (2010). Akwasi has extensive in-depth experience in Relationship Management, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Communication, and Market Strategy. Akwasi joined SA Energy in August of 2020 from Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG), where he held the position of Branch Manager/Relationship Manager for 2 years. He also worked with The Beige Bank as a Branch Manager.
Mary Awurakua Kwankye
Human Resource & Office Manager
Mary has an outstanding ability to design, implement, evaluate, and maintain the process of work in the office while sustaining and improving efficiency and productivity. She acquired her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resource) from Wisconsin University College Accra in 2019. Mary was part of the Human Resource team at the Ghana Community Network Service (GCnet), and has work experience in the construction and telecom industry over the past ten years. She has worked with Imperial Homes Ghana Ltd as an Administrative Assistant, as executive assistant at GKL Ghana Ltd., and at RLG Communications Limited, where she was with the customer service team.
